Job Duties (Some of them, not all of them, and we also require a love of fun and the acceptance of some interesting work days…)
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
- Taking all forms of payment
- Quality computer skills
- Use of all Microsoft Programs
- Receive and relay client communications to the team, Doctors, and staff
- Calling clients regarding estimates, outstanding invoices, and bills
- Outline the costs and fees in a positive aspect while following hospital payment policies
