- New clients: We ask that you please send your pet’s records in advance to help us prepare for your visit. You may have your records mailed to us at email@example.com. This will ensure you have the most efficient appointment possible – thank you!
- Deposits: To save your appointment time with the doctor, we will collect a deposit equal to the exam fee. The deposit is forfeited if no-showed or not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please note: If your appointment is on a Monday, you must cancel on Friday.
